We as Römmler team acting as „One Stop Company“ from product idea and concept development to serial production in Europe or Near Shore when globalization of your product becomes the rational of choice.
You find all operation from engeneering to mass production under one roof. We do offer all elements from your idea (sometimes coming straigth from the napkin drawn at the airport) to the fully already designed product. We do all the following tasks in house and rest all actions on a wide network of expertise.

Project process
Project of GPS Solar for outdoor tracking applications executed from sketch to production within 6 weeks.
Start product idea using the example of housing GPS receivers. Together with you, we bring your product idea into a plastic mould.
Within the first week of the project, the customer receives a finished design of the component on his computer.
A finished prototype gives you security for further, important decisions. You as the responsible designer can touch, move and fit the part.
After this test and the fine-tuning, all the details are settled and the preparation for the series can begin.
In our state-of-the-art toolmaking shop, we produce a mould for subsequent production within a short time, from small batches to mass production.
Start of series production after only 6 weeks project lead time with immediate approval by the customer and the TÜV.
